Operation
To operate this machine,set stop to the desired board length. Placematerial to cut against the stop. Holding the material with left hand, grasp the carriage handle with right and pull down bringing the blade through the material. Raise right hand back up to exit blade from material. Remove cut material.
Standard Features
-Machine will cut as fast as it can be fed.
-Nylon block seals around blade which helps prevent jamming. (MCS-140 only)
-Cutter guard floats with saw blade, rests on material while cutting enclosing blade area.
-All machine parts are readily accessible for easy maintenance.

Operation
Material is moved left to right by operator on roller conveyor . Stops are to right side of blade. Bring material up to stop. Hold board againist back fence with left hand.Pull down on saw carriage handle with right hand until cut is complete. Raise carriage out of material, push cut materialout of way and push material to cut against
